The view from our room at Bacalar 777 Hotel Boutique was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed the calm and peaceful atmosphere throughout our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our time there. We had a lovely experience overall.

My family of four had an incredible stay in an idyllic location on a turquoise lagoon with direct access to the lake. We were delighted with the view from our spacious room, complete with luxurious bathroom and all necessary amenities. The attentive, friendly staff provided great service throughout our stay, and the simple but delicious breakfast was a perfect way to start each day. We enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards provided by the hotel, and appreciated the fully equipped gym for a quick workout.

Sadly, we did find one aspect of our stay disappointing, which was the poor Wi-Fi connectivity.

I had an amazing stay with many facilities such as kayaking and paddle boarding available to use for free. The hotel location was breathtaking, right in front of the turquoise lagoon and a pontoon for guests to take a dip anytime. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast served was very good.

Nothing it was perfect.

The view of the lake was breathtaking, and the staff seemed friendly. it was cool that the hotel had kayaks and paddleboards available for guests to use. The location was also convenient, close to some local attractions and restaurants.

It wasn't worth the price. The shower was clogged and the pool was dirty.

The hotel had a stunning view over the lagoon, and the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They provided kayaks and paddle boards, which was a fun way to explore the beautiful surroundings. The hotel's restaurant served some delicious food as well, making it convenient to stay for dinner.

The room was a bit uncomfortable as the shower sprinkled on the toilet and there were no keys provided. The Wi-Fi was also very slow, making it difficult to use in the room.

This hotel is definitely worth the price with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, outdoor swimming pool, and private facilities. The garden area and location by the lake provide peaceful views for guests to enjoy. The staff provided exceptional service, fulfilling all of our luxurious needs.

The only minor issue we encountered during our stay was the lack of variety in dining options at the restaurant. Nonetheless, the food quality was exceptional.
